Student Complaint Policy

At the National School of Health Careers (NSHC), we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience and maintaining open communication with our students. If a student has a concern or complaint, we encourage them to first address the issue with the appropriate faculty or administrative staff. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, students may escalate their concerns to the school administration.

In the event that a student feels their complaint has not been adequately addressed by the school, they have the right to direct their complaint to the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE).
