Start by submitting your first payment when you enroll. Afterward, split the outstanding balance into three equal payments, each due over the next three months.

Make your first payment at the time of enrollment and split the rest to be paid off over 3 months.
At the National School of Health Careers, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process that aligns with our Course Catalog and Admissions Policy. Students who enroll in our Phlebotomy Training Program agree to the following refund terms.
Students who wish to withdraw from the program must submit a written withdrawal request to the administration office. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:
Withdrawal before the program start date: 100% refund (excluding the non-refundable registration fee).
Withdrawal within the first week of class: 75% refund.
Withdrawal within the second week of class: 50% refund.
Withdrawal after the second week of class: No refund.
Non-Refundable Fees:The $50 internship insurance fee and estimated $70 uniform cost are non-refundable once paid.The registration fee is non-refundable.
Book & Supply Return Policy:Students who withdraw before the program starts must return any issued books and supplies in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.If books or supplies are used or damaged, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Dismissal Policy:If a student is dismissed due to violations of school policies, the refund schedule above will still apply.
Processing Time:Refunds will be issued within 30 days of an approved withdrawal request.
Students have the right to cancel their enrollment within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement for a full refund of all fees paid, including tuition and any applicable fees. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office.
Students who have concerns regarding their refund eligibility or any other policy-related matters should first attempt to resolve the issue through the school’s administration. If a resolution is not reached, complaints may be submitted to:
